On March 3, 2025, Rep. Mike Levin tweeted about joining a legal effort to counter former President Trump's actions against the Constitution and consumer protection programs. He emphasized his support for working Americans in contrast to Trump and Elon Musk: "I just joined my colleagues in the legal fight to push back on Trump’s attacks on the Constitution and the programs that protect American consumers. Unlike Trump and Elon, I’ll always stand with working Americans."

The following day, March 4, 2025, Rep. Levin announced federal medical research advocate Andrew Schorr as his guest for a joint address scheduled for that evening.
