Rep. Mike Levin, representing California's 49th district in the U.S. Congress since 2019, shared his thoughts on several topics via social media posts over two consecutive days in February 2025. Levin has been actively involved in addressing local issues and advocating for educational resources.

On February 16, 2025, Rep. Mike Levin emphasized the urgency of relocating spent nuclear fuel from San Onofre. He stated, "It’s critical we move the spent nuclear fuel at San Onofre as quickly and safely as possible." He highlighted a bipartisan plan involving funding, legislation, and negotiation to achieve this goal.

Later that day, Levin expressed gratitude towards leaders from MiraCosta College and Palomar College who joined him in Washington D.C., asserting his commitment to supporting community colleges with federal resources. He tweeted, "Thanks to the leaders from MiraCosta College and Palomar College for joining me in D.C."

On Presidents' Day, February 17, 2025, Levin reflected on the U.S. governmental system established by the Founding Fathers. He pondered their potential perspective on today's political landscape through a tweet stating "This Presidents’ Day, I’m thinking about the system our Founders helped create."
