Rep. Mike Levin, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California's 49th district since 2019, has shared his views and activities through a series of tweets. Born in Inglewood, California in 1978, Levin is an alumnus of Stanford University and Duke University School of Law. His recent posts address issues such as reproductive rights, community engagement, and environmental concerns.

On January 22, 2025, Rep. Mike Levin marked the anniversary of Roe v. Wade by expressing concern over the current state of reproductive rights in the United States. He stated: "Today would have been the 52nd anniversary of Roe v. Wade becoming the law of the land... Instead, millions of women around the country have fewer rights than they had half a century ago... It’s time we sign reproductive rights into law."

Later that day, Levin invited constituents to participate in a telephone town hall scheduled for January 23rd at 5 pm to discuss legislative matters and his ongoing work in Congress. He tweeted: "Tomorrow, I’m hosting my next telephone town hall! Join me on Thursday, January 23, at 5pm to discuss what’s happening in Congress and my work for you... Talk to you then!"

In another tweet posted on January 23rd, Levin addressed environmental concerns regarding a local fire incident: "I’m monitoring the Hughes Fire as it continues to spread. I’m praying for the safety of anyone in harm’s way and for our first responders... We are watching the climate crisis unfold before our eyes."
