"As extreme weather becomes more frequent due to climate change, we may see more power outages like those seen now throughout Southern California."
The following day, on December 12, 2024, Rep. Levin expressed his apprehensions regarding potential policy changes under the incoming Trump Administration. He criticized the proposed shift of veterans' healthcare services to the private sector, warning that it could financially cripple the system and harm essential programs for veterans.
