Congressman Mike Levin, representing California’s 49th district, recently addressed a variety of concerns on his social media. Through three tweets, Levin discussed issues related to federal support for medical research, economic challenges faced by American families, and policies affecting costs of living.

On April 5th, Levin expressed concerns regarding federal support for medical research. He stated, "Without federal support for research into lifesaving medical treatments, families will lose hope for new and innovative treatments. Hear what my constituent, Dr. Ware, has to say."

The following day, Levin criticized import taxes and funding cuts for food banks. On April 6th, he tweeted, "As Trump’s taxes on imports drive prices up, more families will need to turn to food banks to make ends meet. Here’s the problem, Trump is cutting funding for programs that help food banks stock their shelves."

Later that day, Levin addressed financial burdens imposed on American households. He commented, "Trump is raising prices for Americans across the board — from taxes on imports to cutting off assistance to help millions of Americans heat and cool their homes. He is actively increasing costs for working families."
