FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2020,
Time: 2 – 3PM PST
Are you ready to take your wellbeing to the next level and you are not sure how? This group reviews what lifestyle factors are associated with physical, emotional, relational, intrapersonal, and academic wellness and then we challenge each other to set goals and stick with them until they become part of your lifestyle. If you are up for a positive group of people dedicated to helping you and getting help from you to live a happier, more meaningful life, then we would love to have you!
