On March 8, 2025, he commemorated International Women’s Day by acknowledging the women in his life and highlighting the ongoing efforts needed to achieve gender equality. There’s still so much work that still needs to be done to strive toward gender equality."

On March 9, 2025, Rep. Levin visited a nursing home in Vista and expressed concerns over proposed Medicaid cuts by Trump and House Republicans. He stated that these reductions could severely impact vulnerable groups relying on Medi-Cal, potentially leading to facility closures. "Visited a nursing home in Vista where 60% of residents rely on Medi-Cal. Trump and House Republicans want to slash $880 billion from Medicaid, putting seniors, veterans, and kids with disabilities at risk. These cuts could shut down facilities like this."

In another statement on March 11, 2025, Rep. Levin criticized the reduction and delay of veterans' benefits as an act of cruelty rather than efficiency. "Cutting and delaying the benefits our veterans deserve isn’t efficient. It’s cruel."
