On Saturday, March 29, former Oceanside High School standout Lia Nance’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ohio Bobcats.
The game took place at Mary M. Bell Field. This was their third matchup against the Bobcats this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 1:05 p.m. at First Merchants Ballpark Complex against Ball State Cardinals.
