On Sunday, April 6, former Sage Creek High School standout Sutton Bassett’s current college team, the Beloit Buccaneers, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lawrence Vikings.
The game took place at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Vikings this season.
The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 6 p.m. at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium against Edgewood Eagles.
