On April 6, Levin addressed government spending on presidential leisure activities: “$101 MILLION. Later that day, Levin commented on an alleged scheme involving Joseph Schwartz: “A man serving time for tax and nursing-home crimes allegedly bought his way out of prison with a network of right-wing operatives, lobbyists, and lawyers, all connected to Trump. On April 7, Levin criticized Trump’s rhetoric regarding Iran: “Donald Trump spent last week threatening to destroy Iran’s civilian power grid and the drinking water supply for millions of people in the region. On Sunday, he doubled down, threatening to bomb power plants and bridges into the Stone Ages. He is openly talking about” (April 7, 2026).
Levin has served as a member of Congress since replacing Darrell Issa in 2019 and currently resides in San Juan Capistrano after being born in Inglewood in 1978. He holds degrees from Stanford University (BA) and Duke University (JD). These comments come amid ongoing debates about government accountability and foreign policy actions by public officials.
