Rep. Mike Levin, who represents California’s 49th district in the U.S. Congress, has posted updates on his official social media account about upcoming events and legislative efforts.

On August 16, 2025, Levin announced an informational event for prospective U.S. Military Service Academy applicants: “Interested in attending a U.S. Military Service Academy? Levin has represented California’s 49th District since replacing Darrell Issa in 2019 and resides in San Juan Capistrano. Born in Inglewood in 1978, Levin earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and holds a law degree from Duke University.
