On January 22, 2026, Levin invited constituents to participate in a public forum: “Join me tomorrow at 5 pm PT for my telephone town hall! I’ll be answering your questions and providing updates on my work. Tune in on my website or Facebook.” This message was posted at 01:39 UTC.
Later that day, he encouraged participation in an informational session about local aviation operations: “I encourage you to join the Palomar Airport webinar this evening to hear directly from FAA experts and airport operators. In another post on January 22, Levin addressed concerns over data privacy during the previous presidential administration: “Under Trump’s watch, a DOGE employee accessed Americans’ Social Security data and agreed to share it to try to overturn election results. Levin has represented California’s 49th District since 2019 after succeeding Darrell Issa. He was born in Inglewood, California in 1978 and currently resides in San Juan Capistrano. Levin holds a BA from Stanford University (2001) and a JD from Duke University (2005).
