On March 23, 2025, Rep. Levin shared his involvement in resolving a constituent’s issue with the IRS. “I’m glad I was able to help my constituent Ronald get his IRS issue fixed. After a year of slow progress, he contacted my office, and we were able to get his return to him in less than three weeks.” He encouraged others needing assistance with federal agencies to contact his office.

The following day, March 24, 2025, Rep. Levin expressed concern over a significant security breach that he deemed reckless. “Incompetent and reckless. This is astoundingly reckless and could have put our service members and national security at risk.” He urged Republicans to join efforts in investigating the incident without political bias.

On March 25, 2025, Rep. Levin celebrated Women’s History Month by meeting with the Woman’s Club of Carlsbad. “In honor of Women’s History Month, I met Friday with the Woman’s Club of Carlsbad and presented them with a proclamation celebrating their 100th anniversary.”
