Congressman Raul Ruiz, M.D., currently serving California’s 25th district, recently shared his views on several significant issues via social media. Representing his constituents since 2013, Ruiz addressed topics ranging from healthcare policy to a recent violent incident and legislative decisions.

On May 22, 2025, Congressman Ruiz discussed potential Medicaid cuts alongside colleagues Rep. Magaziner and Rep. Diana DeGette. It is heartbreaking and unacceptable.” His thoughts were with those affected by this tragic occurrence.
