On Thursday, May 1, former Rancho Buena Vista High School standout Savannah Coyle’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the San Francisco State Gators.

The game took place at Seawolf Softball Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Gators this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 4:45 p.m. at Seawolf Softball Field against Cal State East Bay Pioneers.
