Rep. Mike Levin, U.S. Congressman representing California’s 49th district since 2019, recently posted a series of tweets expressing concerns over the administration’s handling of foreign policy and public health issues.

On March 12, 2026, Levin criticized the White House’s justification for initiating military action against Iran, quoting the Press Secretary: “When asked to explain why the President started a war with Iran, the White House Press Secretary said it was ‘a feeling the president had based on facts.’ A feeling based on facts is still a feeling.
