On Saturday, April 5, former Carlsbad High School standout Josie Waite’s current college team, the Elmhurst Bluejays, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Wheaton Thunder.

The game took place at Ruth Leedy Field. This was their second matchup against the Thunder this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Holmgren Athletic Complex against North Park Vikings.
