Assemblywoman Laurie Davies announced that the Ivey Ranch Park Association, a nonprofit organization based in Oceanside, has been recognized as the “Nonprofit of the Year” for District 74. Founded in 1981, Ivey Ranch Park serves children and adults with and without disabilities by providing care, education, and equine-assisted services to improve their quality of life.
“I am honored to recognize Ivey Ranch Park as the district’s Nonprofit of the Year,” said Assemblywoman Davies. “This award is significant due to the dozens of outstanding organizations under consideration. Ivey Ranch Park has helped numerous Oceanside and greater San Diego County residents achieve a better quality of life. It is the ultimate achievement and I am proud to represent them in District 74.”
The organization distinguishes itself by offering both educational and recreational services for individuals with special needs. Tonya Danielly, Executive Director of Ivey Ranch Park, along with her team members, attended a luncheon in Sacramento alongside Assemblywoman Davies and other representatives from various districts who were also recognized as Nonprofits of the Year.
Assemblywoman Laurie Davies represents California’s 74th Assembly District, which encompasses southern Orange County communities such as Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano, as well as northern San Diego County areas including Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Vista, and parts of Fallbrook.
