Former Vista High School standout Evan Stauch played on Saturday, May 17 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former Vista High School standout Evan Stauch’s current collegiate team the Cal State Monterey Bay Otters won 6-4 against the Westmont Warriors in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Russell Carr Field at 2:15 p.m. and was the third matchup against the Westmont Warriors in the tournament.

The Cal State Monterey Bay Otters’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 5 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field.
