He noted that “HIV prevention saves lives” and warned that these cuts could have severe consequences. Ruiz emphasized the role of DAP Health in combating HIV through “testing, counseling, and prevention medication,” which he noted as essential programs relied upon by communities.
In another post on April 9, 2025, he reflected on advancements in AI technology, namely the introduction of an AI-powered teddy bear that grows with children.
