Carlsbad High School standout Josie Waite’s college team lost in NCAA Division III softball game on Friday, April 4

On Friday, April 4, former Carlsbad High School standout Josie Waite’s current college team, the Elmhurst Bluejays, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the North Central Cardinals.

The game took place at Salt Creek Park. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Ruth Leedy Field against Wheaton Thunder.
