On Friday, May 16, former Rancho Buena Vista High School standout Ava Bradford’s current collegiate team the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos lost 1-9 against the UCLA Bruins in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Easton Stadium at 4:35 p.m. and was the first matchup against the UCLA Bruins in the tournament.

The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 4:55 p.m. at Easton Stadium.
